Lia pranced ahead, her tail held high, chasing leaves below the sky. Her owners laughed as they strolled along, humming a gentle morning song.

She sniffed a squirrel, then turned around—her owners' voices could not be found. "Where did you go?" Lia barked, her heart beginning to pound.

"Lost, little friend?" a fox appeared, small and kind, not to be feared. "Stay brave," he smiled, "I’ll walk with you a while."

A majestic deer stepped from behind a tree, gentle eyes whispering, "Don’t worry, you’ll see! Follow the sunlight on mossy ground—new friends will help you all around."

A rabbit hopped with a curious stare, brown and tiny with silky hair. He thumped, "The path is near, just follow me—no need to fear!"

Tap-tap-tap, a woodpecker called, red-capped and proud, never stalled. "Look below, near the log’s bend—you may find a trail's end!"

A kind wild boar snuffled up close, "Sometimes the path is hidden the most. Listen for laughter, and sniff each breeze, you'll find your way back with ease!"

Night came softly, cool and mild, when two small mice with big ears smiled. "Rest with us and don’t be sad—tomorrow will make you glad!"

Under the moon, the rabbits said, "A forest path lies just ahead. Look for things people leave behind—something familiar you might find!"

At sunrise, Lia spotted a shoe, its scent familiar and true-blue. She sniffed and wagged her cheerful tail—her hope soared fast as a quail.

With every sniff, she hurried along, heart beating steady like a song. Laughter ahead, she heard a cheer—her owners' voices drawing near!

Into loving arms Lia leapt, wagging her tail as happily she wept. Warm and safe, she drifted to sleep—her long journey ended, memories to keep.
